This is a varied role responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the care home facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe, well-presented, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Due to the rural location of the site, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.This opportunity could particularly suit somebody currently working within a trade environment who is looking to move into a stable, single-site role that offers long-term security and avoids the disruption of being "rained off" or constantly travelling between jobs.
