To check the maintenance request book for tasks to be completed setting priorities with teams. To be able to change priorities and carry out duties that may be required in unexpected situations To undertake painting, low level repairs and general upkeep duties for Hostels and Community Living Schemes including carpentry work Purchase and collection of consumables control of maintenance stock. To carry out removal/relocation of furniture and equipment. Ensure that the grounds and car park are free from weeds and litter. Ensure bin areas are kept cleanand tidy.
