Maintenance Person

Premier Work Support are currently working with a local company who are urgently seeking a Maintenance Operative / Handyperson. You will be working alongside the facilities team with the upkeep of the offices, workshop and grounds.Duties will include but not limited to:Checking the weekly and monthly facilities schedule.Maintaining storage areasProviding support with moving of furnitureMaintaining external grounds Ensuring all health and safety hazards.Undertaking trainingMaintenance tasks but not limited to plumbing works, portable appliance testing, Legionella control testing.Required: Basic qualification in electrical worksStrong problem solvingTo work as part of a team on own initiative Prioritise workDriving licence.Hours Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday 7:30am - 1:45pmIf you have the skills required for this position please contact us urgently. ..... full job details .....
