This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure rooms and communal areas are safe, functional, and ready for residents ahead of the new academic year. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the building. Repair door handles, locks, furniture, fittings, and fixtures. Replace light bulbs and complete basic electrical repairs. Undertake minor plumbing tasks, including fixing taps, unblocking drains, and replacing shower doors. Complete painting touch-ups and minor decorating work. Inspect appliances and report any faults. Ensure all rooms meet health and safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the site team. Support the wider team in preparing accommodation for incoming residents.
