Maintenance Technician/Handyman

Are you a handy person with a knack for repairs and maintenance? Our client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position!

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary

• Working Pattern: Full Time

• Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance tasks, including:

1. Painting and touch-ups
2. Changing light fixtures and batteries
3. Replacing taps and shower heads
4. Address odd jobs in communal areas and occupied rooms
5. Work independently with minimal supervision
