About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and versatile Maintenance Person to join our team. In this role, you will be traveling to various properties across Birmingham, including HMOs and supported living accommodations, to carry out a range of general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of handyman tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep.

• Change light bulbs, fix basic electrical issues, and handle simple plumbing or internet troubleshooting.

• Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard and report any larger issues that require specialist attention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, handywork, or a similar role.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company van will be provided.

• Good communication skills and a friendly approach when dealing with residents and colleagues.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.
