About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and versatile Maintenance Person to join our team. In this role, you will be traveling to various properties across Birmingham, including HMOs and supported living accommodations, to carry out a range of general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of handyman tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep.

Change light bulbs, fix basic electrical issues, and handle simple plumbing or internet troubleshooting.

Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard and report any larger issues that require specialist attention.
Requirements:

Proven experience in general maintenance, handywork, or a similar role.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company van will be provided.

Good communication skills and a friendly approach when dealing with residents and colleagues.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.
