Maintenance Person - Caretaker

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, painting)Perform routine inspections and identify areas needing attentionMaintain outdoor areas including basic gardening and litter removalEnsure health and safety standards are met across the siteSupport with setting up rooms and moving furniture/equipment as neededRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerLiaise with contractors and suppliers when necessary

What We''re Looking For:

Previous experience in a maintenance or caretaker role (preferred)Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniquesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyGood communication and problem-solving skillsA positive attitude and commitment to high standardsDBS check may be required depending on the setting
