Maintenance Painter

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Painter to join our highly regarded repairs and maintenance team. You will be working across multiple primary health care clinics/centres in and around Sidcup, Bromley, Bexley and Erith. Rydon Maintenance provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts, residential homes and educational facilities. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose. Job Purpose Our NHS healthcare team provide as part of our contract a redecorating programme across several NHS properties we manage each year. To enable us to continue to deliver an excellent quality of service, we are looking for an enthusiastic painter to join the team. This varied role will involve painting the common spaces internally and externally within a range of our NHS estate buildings including patient common areas and inpatient facilities. Sites are located around Bromley, Bexley, Erith and Sidcup so you will need access to your own vehicle for travel.
