Its approach centres on improving the living environment for tenants while ensuring each property is well-managed and well-maintained. The London arm manages a portfolio of serviced apartments, private rental homes and houses of multiple occupancy (HMO). The role sits within a close-knit social housing and HMO team, reporting to the Operations Manager and working alongside a lettings manager, two property managers and an administrator.
