Maintenance Operator

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operator, to be part of our maintenance team at Hope Cement Works, Derbyshire. Our maintenance team play a key role in our daily operations and major plant shutdowns, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our site. The Maintenance team is essential for supporting mastered plant reliability to ensure the plant meets or exceeds its reliability targets. The core purpose of this role is to effectively execute the plant lubrication strategy and perform first-level plant maintenance. The role is based within our Hope Works Cement plant in the Peak District. As the largest cement manufacturer in the UK, we produce around 1.5 million tonnes of cement annually. With a proud history dating back to 1929, our plant plays a crucial role in the local economy, employing over 200 skilled professionals and utilising local materials to drive sustainable growth.
