You''ll be involved in a broad range of maintenance and refurbishment tasks, helping to ensure offices remain safe, well-presented, and operating to the highest standards.If you''re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across different projects and being part of a collaborative team, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out wallpapering, decorating, tiling, and flooring installationsComplete carpet fitting, repairs, and maintenance worksUndertake general building maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairsConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceRespond promptly to maintenance issues and resolve them efficientlyWork alongside colleagues, contractors, and management teams to deliver projects successfullyEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirementsMaintain accurate records of completed works and materials usedAbout YouPrevious experience in a maintenance role, ideally within commercial propertiesProven experience in wallpapering, tiling, carpet fitting, and general maintenanceBasic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills would be advantageousStrong ..... full job details .....
