The salary banding is £30,000 - £35,000. You’ll be responsible for delivering a responsive and high-quality maintenance service across the site, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained living environment. This includes reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, compliance checks and liaising with contractors.
