Location -  North west London Salary – £14.01 / hour Hours  - 6am to 3pm - Monday to Friday (Can be flexed for childcare etc) Contract length - 4 months (possibility of permanent) Weekends  - 1-in-4 weekend shift (1.25x rate for Sunday) Overtime -  Overtime is there at 1.5x Company Van and Tools & Uniform provided As a Maintenance Operative your  duties  will be but not limited to General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas. This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs. PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided). Building inspections including roof walks and building checks.
