Maintenance OperativeTaskmaster Resources LTD are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative on behalf of our client based in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire (MK44). This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual with a mechanical background to join a busy and fast-paced recycling site.The Role:As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, carrying out repairs, and supporting general site upkeep to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of site machinery and equipmentDiagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise disruptionMaintain and repair balers and associated recycling equipmentConduct general site repairs, including buildings and infrastructureRepair and replace fence panels around the site perimeterEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulationsSupport continuous improvement of maintenance processesSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in a maintenance or mechanical rolePractical experience repairing fencing, panels, or site structuresExperience working within a recycling, industrial, or similar environment is desirableKnowledge of machinery maintenance and fault findingBackground in automotive, mechanical, or engineering work would be advantageousAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and a ..... full job details .....
