Maintenance Operative

Maintenance and cleaning of the Lodges which is used to house homeless families. Cleaning of shared kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, offices and laundry rooms. As well as ensuring window and door are kept clean. Painting and decorating of rooms and deep cleaning once residents have moved. Assembling furniture, fixing door handles, changing shower hoses and general fixes around the lodge 36 hours per week.
