Temporary Maintenance Operative - SW1XTemporaryMonday to Friday 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm£15.52 per hour.We''re looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to join a prestigious residential development in the Belgravia area.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to ensure high standards of property maintenance are upheld. You''ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks to keep the development running smoothly and efficiently for the residents.This beautiful grade II listed development consists of 23 high end apartments and the service expectation is reflective of the dedicated in-house team.Key Responsibilities:* Performing routine maintenance checks and minor repairs across the development (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).* Responding promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from residents and management.* Assisting with the upkeep of communal areas and grounds.* Identifying and reporting any issues requiring specialist attention.* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.What we''re looking for:* Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a residential or luxury property setting.* A good understanding of various trades (e.g., basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry).* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A proactive and positive attitude.* Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as required.You will have a clean DBS, have a can do and professional attitude as well as a dedication to always providing exceptional service.If this sounds like you then please send your CV ..... full job details .....
