This is a customer-facing role requiring travel to client sites, in London delivering high-quality work safely and professionally. Key Responsibilities: -Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and aftercare repairs on modular buildings. -Complete refurbishment works, installations, site surveys and occasional uplifts. -Prepare and complete site paperwork, RAMS, maintenance records and site diaries. -Represent the company professionally on client sites and supervise operatives when required. -Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health and Safety procedures. -Flexibility to work occasional weekends and outside core hours when operationally required.
