Location: London - E2 8HJJob Type: TemporaryDuration: 1 week (from Monday 27th July)Days: Monday to FridayHours: 8.00am - 4.00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)Salary: Please confirm hourly rateOverviewSimon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting 2 Temporary Maintenance Operatives to support a busy student accommodation site in East London.This is a one-week assignment starting on Monday 27th July, assisting with end-of-tenancy maintenance and room preparation to ensure accommodation is ready for incoming residents.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDismantling bed frames and other furniture as required.Refilling and making good damaged walls.Painting and completing decorative touch-ups.Carrying out general snagging and maintenance tasks.Preparing rooms and communal areas to a high standard.Working safely and efficiently whilst following site procedures.Assisting the on-site team with any additional maintenance duties as required.Skills and ExperiencePrevious maintenance, handyman or property maintenance experience.Confident using basic hand tools.Experience with painting and making good works would be advantageous.Reliable with a strong work ethic.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Immediate availability to start on 27th July. ..... full job details .....
