Location: Bristol, BS2 8AUJob Type: TemporaryDuration: 5 weeksDays: Monday - Friday (5 days)Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)Salary: £13.50 per hourOverviewSimon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to join the team at King Square Studios in Bristol for an initial 5-week assignment.This is a hands-on role supporting the site team with general maintenance, repairs and making good throughout the property. We are looking for a reliable individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of work and customer service.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarry out general maintenance and repair work throughout the property.Complete basic painting and decorating tasks.Perform minor plumbing and joinery repairs.Replace fixtures and fittings where required.Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.Support room inspections and prepare rooms for incoming residents.Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.Maintain a clean and organised working environment.Work closely with the site management team to resolve maintenance issues promptly.Skills and ExperiencePrevious maintenance or facilities experience is essential.Basic skills across painting, plumbing, joinery and general repairs.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Friendly and professional approach with excellent communication skills.Reliable with a strong work ethic.Immediate ..... full job details .....
