We are looking for a proactive multi skilled Maintenance Operative to assist the team of a busy student accommodation. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within the accommodation are handled efficiently and effectively. You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.
