The Role Working across multiple healthcare sites, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring buildings and facilities remain fully operational while delivering a high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair work across multiple care and nursing home locations. Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine inspections. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime. Undertake plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decorating, and general building maintenance. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency repairs. Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
