MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE - FIXED TERM 12 MONTHS CONTRACT Job Title: Maintenance Operative Location: Measham Salary: Competitive Shift: Monday - Friday days only Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Job Role of the Maintenance Operative: A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility in Measham. Working as part of a small combined production and maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown repairs across a range of automated production machinery. You will play an important role in maintaining production output, quality and yield by ensuring machinery is maintained and repaired effectively. Sector - Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Operative: Mechanical or Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Time-served apprenticeship or formal qualification within Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. Hands-on experience with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance within a fast-paced industrial environment. Experience carrying out fault diagnosis and repairs on industrial machinery. Requirements for the Maintenance Operative: Good working knowledge of automated production equipment and modern control systems.
