Maintenance Operative

Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative in search of a new opportunity in the Wolverhampton area? If so, we may have the role for you !  Our client is seeking a temporary maintenance operative to support with the decommissioning of site, which is expected to close in early 2026.
Hours of work: 40hrs (8am - 4pm)
Pay Rate: £14.00ph
 
As part of the maintenance team, your duties include: 

• Various basic plumbing tasks.
• Clearing out gutters and gulley's.
• To unblock drains and toilets.
• Cleaning plant and facilities. 
• Carrying out various pointing, painting, and tiling.
• Responsible for conducting building repairs.
•  General basic building work.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures on site.
