The role includes general maintenance duties, logistics support, furniture installation, event support, and assistance with basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks under appropriate supervision. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, parcels and deliveries across site. Collect, move and install office furniture, including the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Carry out basic plumbing maintenance tasks under supervision and in accordance with site procedures. Carry out basic electrical maintenance tasks under supervision and within competence levels. Support the Facilities and Maintenance team with day-to-day site activities as required. Operate site vehicles and equipment, including forklift trucks (training provided where required).
