What You''ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Operative Ensure company compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including LOLER, PUWER and the Fire Safety Order (FSO). Develop, implement and maintain a preventative maintenance programme across all company sites. Manage and carry out planned and reactive maintenance of company assets. Assist with the coordination and delivery of facilities maintenance activities. Prioritise equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime and production disruption.
