Bring your skills to a role where you can truly make a difference!Job Title: Maintenance OperativeLocation: Stoke on Trent Contract Type: TemporaryHourly Rate: 13.20 - 18.20Start Date: ASAPWorking Hours:Monday to FridayFlexibility with hours between 8 AM and 6 PM Please note: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.Key Responsibilities:Carry out refurbishment work in properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering.Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities remain in top condition.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, showcasing your problem-solving skills.Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks to avoid future issues.Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all.Requirements:Valid driving licence is a must.Experience in plastering (bonding and skimming), fire door installation and adjustment, kitchen installation (including plumbing), gardening (strimming, mowing, hedge cutting), and bathroom installation (including plumbing).Previous maintenance experience is a plus!Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
