We are looking for a reliable, practical and experienced Maintenance Person / Handyman to join our in-house maintenance team.This is a permanent employed position suited to someone with approximately 2+ years'' experience in residential property maintenance who is confident working independently, managing their daily jobs and providing a professional service to our tenants.Are you the right person for the jobThe successful candidate will have:Minimum 2 years'' experience in residential property maintenance or a similar handyman / multi-trade role.Full UK driving licence.Good general property maintenance and repair skills.Basic plumbing knowledge and ability to carry out minor plumbing repairs.Basic electrical knowledge for minor maintenance tasks.Painting and decorating experience.Basic carpentry skills.Ability to identify and troubleshoot common domestic appliance faults.Experience changing locks, handles, fittings and carrying out small installations.Ability to assemble and repair furniture.Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify when a specialist contractor is required.Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with tenants.Ability to organise your workload and work independently.Own basic hand ..... full job details .....
