As a Maintenance Operative you will be working a in our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. A Maintenance Operative will Part of a local team undertaking high standard Maintenance repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
