Manpower are recruiting a Maintenance Operative for our client in Nottingham City Centre.

Working in a Student Accommodation, duties will include:

• General reactive maintenance, from fixing furniture, changing lightbulbs
• Planned maintenance, including building walkrounds to ensure building safety is maintained

About you:
Previous experience in a handyman/caretaker role
Able to work as part of a wider team but also can work solo

Hours:
25 hours a week - 5 hours a day, client is flexible so long as these hours are carried out between 9am-5pm
£12.69 per hour, weekly pay every Friday
