Maintenance Operative/Lance Operator Specialist Maintenance Services / Engineering Lance Operator Specialist Maintenance Services / Engineering Guildford POSITION OVERVIEW Maintenance Operative (Lance Operator) You will work as part of a small team, in a hands on capacity to deliver essential specialist plant and machinery maintenance and cleaning services to our growing and diverse client base. This is a manual role working with equipment in sometimes challenging environments, requiring travel from the headquarters based in Guildford. PACKAGE Maintenance Operative/Lance Operator Starting salary £28,000 increasing to £29,500 on completion of 6 month training/probationary period; additional allowances/overtime of circa £9,900 per annum apportionately paid into salary monthly; discretionary 10% annual bonus; 30 days annual leave including statutory holidays, increasing by 1 day each completed year; company pension; life assurance policy. Realistic income in year one c£38,700 ffand year two £39,900 based on 20025/26 actual figures. This is a full-time and permanent role.
