Key Responsibilities Reactive and PPM maintenance General repairs including minor plumbing, painting and decorating Building inspections Upkeep of plant rooms, communal areas and building systems. Working with contractors to resolve maintenance issues Deliver excellent customer service to residents Promote standards of Health & Safety. What We're Looking For Experience as a Maintenance Operative, Maintenance Technician etc. Strong all-round maintenance skills, including painting, decorating and basic plumbing repairs. Ideally either: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing , or Recognised Electrical Installation qualification with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). Strong understanding of Health & Safety Experience working in a Passivhaus or other sustainable building is desirable Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend in the rota and occasional on-call cover (1–2 times per year).
