Salary: -32,000 per annum, increasing to -35,019 after a 6-month probation.

We''re looking for a skilled and versatile Maintenance Operative to join our Property Services team in Kent. This is a field-based role, where you''ll work from home and travel daily to provide both planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.

What You''ll Be Doing:
You''ll be a key part of our team, carrying out a variety of tasks in both occupied and empty properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Plumbing: Performing a range of repairs and minor installations.
• 
  Carpentry & Joinery: Handling everything from door and window installations to fitting kitchen units, worktops, locks, and stud walls.
• 
  Plastering: Completing patch plastering as needed.
• 
  Painting & Decorating: Preparing surfaces and carrying out redecoration tasks.
• 
  Groundwork: Performing groundwork, fencing, and clearance repairs.
• 
  Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team, line manager, and other departments to ensure our properties are always in excellent condition.
