Day To Day: Reporting into the facilities team, you''ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings, including storage facilities, office spaces and retail locations. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out general building repairs including roofing and cladding Plumbing and fault finding Joinery, tiling, painting and decorating Carpeting, paving and drainage works Grounds maintenance, site clearance and pressure washing Furniture assembly and removal Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to agreed service levels You''ll be required to travel between sites and manage your workload independently while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
