Every room has been designed to offer maximum luxury and comfort, regardless of age or physical ability. The Role As a Maintenance Operative, you will help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable the home to give the residents the quality care and support they are entitled to. It''s important that the home gives the right first impression and continues with this by ensuring that every area is always well-maintained. Duties include: Plenty of variety as you''ll undertake a range of tasks to make sure the building and grounds are at their best all day, every day. You will share responsibility for all general maintenance and upkeep duties required to ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents and staff. Duties will include planned preventive work and safety checks, as well as running repairs and the supervision of outside contractors.
