Your key focus will be to diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, and achieve a first-time fix wherever possible, while maintaining excellent workmanship and safety standards.You will manage a variety of tasks, including planned and reactive maintenance, minor repairs, fault finding, basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, fixtures and fittings, and general building upkeep.
