The development has recently undergone a significant renovation and is now looking for an additional member of the engineering team to work alongside the Chief Engineer and Engineering Supervisor.   This is a varied role which will involve carrying out building and fabric maintenance, including painting, decorating and minor repairs, while also assisting the wider engineering team with the day-to-day running and maintenance of the building.   The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to learn the building, its systems and equipment, working closely with the experienced Chief Engineer and Supervisor.
