This is a hands-on, physical role where you''ll be responsible for stripping down, cleaning, repairing and rebuilding kiln cars to keep production running smoothly and safely. Kiln cars are large and heavy-duty, capable of holding up to 20,000 bricks at one time , so attention to detail, safe working practices and the ability to work efficiently are key. Key Responsibilities Using small hand tools to take apart kiln cars and access damaged or worn components Hoovering/cleaning kiln cars thoroughly before and after maintenance Repairing or replacing parts in a timely manner to minimise downtime Reassembling kiln cars correctly and safely, ensuring they''re ready for use Manual handling as part of the role, including lifting up to 25kg What We''re Looking For Experience in a hands-...
