This is a varied, hands on position suited to somebody with a strong general maintenance / Handyman background who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, presentable and working properly for residents. You will be the main maintenance presence within the building, responding to repair requests, completing planned checks and resolving issues efficiently. Larger or more specialist works will be supported by a regional technical team and external contractors. The role will include: Completing general repairs across plumbing, joinery, basic electrical work, fixtures and fittings Responding to maintenance requests raised by residents and the site team Carrying out planned building checks and preventative maintenance Diagnosing faults and completing first time repairs wherever possible Escalating specialist or larger works to the regional technical team Coordinating with contractors attending the building Maintaining accurate records of completed works and outstanding actions Ensuring all work is complete...
