The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across student properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Candidates must possess their own tools and be comfortable working independently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and installations relating to plumbing and electrical systems. Diagnose faults and undertake remedial works in a timely manner. Respond to reactive maintenance requests Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and prevent future issues.
