Be a part of it.CygnetHealthcare is looking for aMaintenance Operativeto join our team atCygnet Maple House.You''ll be working full time, 40 hours a week.Cygnet Maple House is our 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.Your Day-to-Day • Provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service• Carry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting and general building work• Maintain equipment, services and vehicles• Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and potential hazards• Travel to other sites and on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours• Check the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices and fire emergency lights.You are • Experienced in a similar role, or have worked in a self-employed capacity in recent years• Willing to travel and hold a full valid driving licence• Able to communicate at all levels and record detailed, accurate maintenance information• Skilled at DIY and general maintenance• Preferably experienced in the electrical/plumbing/construction industry• Friendly, conscientious and an excellent team member with a positive attitude.Why Cygnet?
