Maintenance Operative

Exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Operative role, offering a salary range of -27,000 to -30,000, depending on experience. This position involves general maintenance and handy person duties.

Key details about the role:

• Location: The primary base will be Sedgefield, but candidates must be prepared to travel between sites occasionally.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (standard hours).
• Call-out Rota: Required on a 1 in 4 to 1 in 6 basis.
• Standby allowance: -150
• Overtime:
• Saturday: 4 hours at time and a half
• Sunday/Bank Holiday: 4 hours at double time
• This typically equates to around -5,000 per year in additional earnings.
• Vehicle: No personal vehicle provided, but a pool vehicle will be available for use when travelling between sites.
