Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Either 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 30-minute break
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team for a short-term contract. You''ll be responsible for general maintenance and repair tasks across our site(s), ensuring everything is kept in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance (e.g., plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor electrical work)
- Perform routine inspections and identify issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
