Temporary Maintenance Operative - Student Accommodation (Salford)

Location: Salford

Hours: 20 hour

Pay: -13 - -14 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We''re looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support our student accommodation site in Salford.

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the property
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Assist with room inspections and minor refurbishments as needed

• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills
