You''ll be the day-to-day face of the estate, building strong relationships with residents, liaising with the client and ensuring the development is maintained to an exceptional standard.If you''re hands-on, take pride in your work and enjoy dealing with people just as much as carrying out repairs, this could be the perfect opportunity.The RoleNo two days are the same. You''ll combine practical maintenance duties with resident engagement, contractor coordination and estate operations to help deliver an outstanding living environment.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and decorating across the estate.Acting as the first point of contact for residents with maintenance-related queries.Coordinating specialist contractors and overseeing works on site.Completing regular inspections of communal areas and vacant properties.Conducting routine health and safety, fire safety and security checks.Managing keys and contractor access.Welcoming new residents and supporting move-ins where required.Ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe and presented to a high ..... full job details .....
