Maintenance Operative

Job Title: Maintenance Operative Location: Warrington (WA3) Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team working for a new build housing developer based in Warrington (WA3). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business, ensuring newly completed homes meet the highest standards before and after handover. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance and repairs across new build properties Complete snagging works prior to customer handover Attend customer homes to resolve post-completion defects Work across a range of trades, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes Maintain a clean and safe working environment Liaise professionally with site teams, contractors, and homeowners Requirements: Previous experience in a maintenance or multi-trade role (ideally within new build housing) Good all-round trade skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Full UK driving licence Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable) Ongoing, stable work with a reputable developer Opportunities for progression ..... full job details .....
