This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business, ensuring newly completed homes meet the highest standards before and after handover. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance and repairs across new build properties Complete snagging works prior to customer handover Attend customer homes to resolve post-completion defects Work across a range of trades, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes Maintain a clean and safe working environment Liaise professionally with site teams, contractors, and homeowners Requirements: Previous experience in a maintenance or multi-trade role (ideally within new build housing) Good all-round trade skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Full UK driving licence Good communication and customer service skills...
