This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in hands-on environments and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service.Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1 in 5 Saturdays)Key Responsibilities:Provide maintenance and repairs to accommodation while managing front service desk inquiries.Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including:- Refreshing paintwork- Performing room checkouts- General joinery tasks such as checking doors and hinges- Cleaning and inspecting shower heads- Addressing general room maintenance needsUndertake regular building patrols to identify maintenance requirements and Health and Safety risks.Execute silicone sealing and diagnose bathroom issues effectively.What''s Required:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Previous experience in Carpentry or Plumbing.A solid background in using a variety of maintenance tools.Strong knowledge of Health and Safety practises to ensure a safe working environment.If you are a proactive individual with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing the living experience of residents, this role could be the perfect fit.
