We’re recruiting for two Maintenance Operatives to join a Facilities Management team maintaining a portfolio of sites across East and North-East London. This permanent role offers plenty of variety, great working hours and ongoing training. Formal qualifications aren’t essential – practical maintenance experience and a positive, can-do attitude are what matter most. The Role   As a Maintenance Operative, you will: Carry out general maintenance, handyman tasks and minor repairs. Complete painting, decorating and basic carpentry. Undertake basic plumbing and electrical maintenance. Complete emergency lighting, fire alarm and basic building checks. Respond to maintenance requests and ad-hoc repairs. Work alongside the Lead Engineer and wider maintenance team.
