Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Canada Water, London
Pay: -1516 per hour
Duration: Monday 1st June - Tuesday 30th June (Temporary)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am - 2:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible depending on availability)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to support a student accommodation site in Canada Water throughout June. This role will involve general maintenance and upkeep to ensure the property remains in excellent condition for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replacing blinds across approximately 90 rooms
• Carrying out basic painting and touch-up work
• Completing general handyman duties as required
• Supporting with overall maintenance and upkeep of the accommodation
• Ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and well-organised

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role
• Practical skills in basic repairs, painting, and general upkeep
• Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Friendly and professional approach when working in a resident environment
