This is a hands-on role suited to an individual with strong handyman skills and a practical approach to general maintenance tasks.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance duties, and general upkeep to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general handyman and maintenance tasks across the site.Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, and unblocking drains.Undertake basic electrical work such as replacing light fittings, bulbs, switches, and carrying out minor electrical repairs (within competency).Perform painting and decorating duties, including touch-ups and refurbishment work.Assemble, repair, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and fittings.Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs.Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.Maintain a clean and organised work environment.Support with general site upkeep and other ad-hoc maintenance duties as required.RequirementsPrevious ..... full job details .....
